Construction Learning ("we", "us", "our") operates constructionlearning.uk and provides construction training courses. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What data we collect

We only collect what you give us directly, through two forms on this site:

• Enquiry form: name, email address, phone number, and the message/subject you submit.
• Course booking request: name, email address, phone number, the course you selected, and your preferred date.

We do not take payment on this site and do not collect or store any card or bank details.

Cookies

We use a single, essential cookie-consent preference stored in your browser (via localStorage) to remember whether you have accepted or declined our cookie banner. This is not a tracking or advertising cookie — it only remembers your choice.

We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies on this site. If that changes in future, we will update this policy and our cookie banner before doing so.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry or booking request and connect you with relevant course options.
• To contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp about the training you asked about.
• To keep a record of enquiries so our team can follow up appropriately.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Submitted enquiries and bookings are stored in our database and a notification is sent to our sales team via our email provider, Resend (resend.com), so someone can follow up with you. Resend processes this data on our behalf as a data processor and does not use it for its own purposes.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your data
• Request your data in a portable format
